Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to:

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

• Check with neighbors or your local carrier
• Contact us within 48 hours

We will assist you in resolving the issue, but we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
